Why would it be once every 11 years? Am I missing something? In the current format, wouldn't we complete all SEC East schools home-home games every 6 years? We would have actually played everyone every 5 years, just not home-home until the 6th year.
We have 1 permanent (Florida) and 2 rotating every year.
Example:
Year 1
LSU v Kentucky
LSU v Tennessee
Year 2
Same as Year 1
Year 3
LSU v Vandy
LSU v Georgia
Year 4
Same as Year 3
Year 5
LSU v USC
LSU v Missouri
Year 6
Same as Year 5

You couldn't use that format unless you went to 9 games, and just for future reference they don't rotate two at a time. Basically it is

S Carolina H
Kentucky A
etc
etc
