I think using the word scam could be inaccurate because a "quality" product is being offered and it is easily justified to say that anyone could work their way up and make good money, but you really can't justify the reality of it.
With the business model used, it is almost as if the product is secondary and the the biggest asset is people who will sell more non commissioned sales than commissioned sales. Do you not see why people think it is "shady"?
