have you watched this series?

Every game.

What Pittman did is never acceptable. No matter what happened before in the series. End of story. This was even supported by players from your "hardcore" 80's and 90's era. (Shaq, Kenny Smith, and Barkley)

I'm all for "policing" your own.

But there are consequences. The 14th man sacrificed himself, and cleaned up a shite talker on the other team. Fare enough. He's man enough to do the dirt, now he must lie in it. 3-5 game suspension is enough--and he can't afford that making league minimum.

Let's just say wade, James and the rest of the locker room will "take care" of him.

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if there was a bounty out on him or if the locker room will repay him for his list wages.

Wow Larry said that?

That's an indictment of his team. Never good when your president says that.

it must be hard playing for guys like Jordan and Bird. You'll never match up ... Ever

shite Shaq threw a freaking punch AT BARKLEY before.

then he had that haymaker he tried to lay out brad miller with that could have done some serious damage.

and i remember a play with Barkley back when the Rockets were 2 peating when he threw Olajuwon down when he was in the air in the playoffs one year.

both of these guys had their moments

Charles and Shaq are hypocrites thought. They took their fare share of cheap shots. But that was more acceptable back then then now. New day, new game, new rules

That's also the point I'm trying to make. It's a completely different game these days.

What may have been acceptable then, isn't now.

Concerns over player safety are at an all time High. It has no place in today's NBA.

The funny thing is if haslem and Pittman are gone for game 6 there will be only 3 true bigs left. Who's gonna set the pacers straight? Chalmers ?
