Yes. It could have. The river is a lot larger than my drawing but that's just to get an idea of what's going on...
The river was LOADED with boaters this past weekend. I think it's really stupid that they restricted that tourney to just the lake verret side (forcing bass boats running 70mph everywhere to be mixed in with pleasure boaters) not making excuses for my actions though bc I was in the wrong
