I agree. When I read that I was almost thinking Atletico wouldn't even trade them straight up.

Agreed. If anybody would have to throw in 15 million to make that deal happen its definitely Chelsea.
Edit: Joeybarton beat me too it. Also would like to add that atletico could not afford Torres' wages and Chelsea would most likely be supplementing them
