Political theater. Not bad political theater considering he's kind of a douche for living the American dream, then peacing out, but still theater.

If you glanced at the video Chuck wants a new law, but admits to a law on the books since 1996 that has no enforcement power. Plus he wants to ban these people from stepping foot back in the states. So I guess he is against illegal aliens not paying taxes and will include them in the bill also.
