Hypothetical question about the past season

What is the ht opinion on how our record would have ended up had cp3 stayed this season? Imagine the trade never happens, so no Gordon, kaman, or aminu? Was just bored last night and was thinking of this, considering the short season. Do we still trade for Vazquez? Obviously we don't get the minny pick, what is the record at the end of the shortened season? Playoffs? Draft spot for this year?

Honestly, I think we could have contended for the big gold trophy in June. CP3 is the man.

If West stays and Okafor doesn't miss half the season, 7-8 seed. Okafor out and just CP3 without West probably 9-10. One of benefits of trading your star is usually sucking enough to get a high draft pick. Fortunately for the Hornets Gordon hit his knee on the tank.

That's what I was thinking. With west and cp3 we would have made the playoffs but barely, just wondering how big an effect the short season would have had

but, to the OP, it's all hypothetical bullshite. if CP stays, who knows what moves the front office makes during the season, etc.
