Purdue's an example of passing failure, The Boilmakers winning % in Nov. is far below their overall winning % since Penn State joined the B1G.

Does their offense suffer? Couldn't be that they play cupcakes in Sept and have harder conference games skewing the winning % now could it.

I've gone on with this nonsense for too long. You are wrong. Teams in northern climes can and do pass the ball. While colder, the weather in the MW and NE in Oct and Nov is not unbearable cold most of the time. 30's and 40's are not too cold for a passing offense. Wind and perciptation are what hurts passing games. That can happen at any tempture.

Keep believing teams can't pass in the north if you want.

Yes I pointed out the Boillmakers have limited success passing the ball.

You need to go to the help board and ask for your name to be changed to CRUSHER , I think your use of Boston College will get you approved

I would have loved home playoff games. But I can live with a four team playoff with let's say two bowls serving as semi-finals and one bowl game as the final. That way every year three of the big four bowl games gets in on the action.

How about Washington State? They had success with a prostyle offense in the 90's. Per weather.com the avg temp in Nov and Dec is colder there than St College Pa.

Or Columbia Missouri? Yeah, much colder there than in the in B1G country where even Siberians dare not go after Halloween and before Easter.

Some classic Apple Cup games in the snow.

Bledsoe sure didn't have a problem racking up 42 points against a Washington team one year removed from their National Title.

1 v 2 is not confusing.

Plenty of years where 5 or 6 teams all have a case, what determines the top 4?

Rosenbach, Bledsoe, Leaf. How many QB's at BYU? Boise, Missouri, MAC QB's don't seem to have a problem with it. etc. etc.
