So the NFL is pretty much on it's own island? Isn't there something about the right to face your accuser? I know it's not technically a legal issue, but it will be when the NFL is sued for loss of income by everyone affected.

You answered your own question.

The NFL as of now doesn't have to show any evidence at all.

If it somehow becomes a legal battle, I assume that changes.
