After this Chandler BS, any multi-national player needs to play against Antigua and Barbuda. Johnson, Williams, Castillo, Corona, Morales.... all of them. That will permanently cap-tie them.

Nobody is, but the answer is believed to be playing in an "official FIFA full international competition."
U-23, U-20, Olympics don't count. Friendlies (even those on official FIFA friendly dates) don't count.
Only FIFA competitions (Gold Cup, Euros, Copa America, African Cup of Nations, whatever they do in Asia, World Cup and WC qualifying matches) are "official."
That's why Chandler turning down the Gold Cup invite was a big deal last year.

We need to quit letting Timmy douche on us like this. Hurting our players when on loan, using us a a way to practice more, just tell him piss off next time. We will be alright. No need to ask 3 times, he's clearly made up his mind he doesn't actually want to play here.
