Leno forced him out and stole the seat from Johnny's preferred successor, letterman. Then Leno forced Conan out under the same type of game plan. Neither letterman nor Conan, nor did Johnny, think much of Leno after he did what he did. Johnny would funnel jokes to letterman after he went to CBS. Again, Leno is an opportunistic über douche.
