I'm pretty sure as far as on the court contributions, I would have to place Bobby Phils first.

ya, he's not on the list because he played for the Charlotte Hornets...the top 5 is for the current new orleans franchise

Pretty sure the title of the list did not differentiate b/w the two cities.

Robert Pack was solid for Denver back in the 90's. He could jump pretty good for a guard.
