A League of Their Own (the great debate)

I wanted to bump the old thread but it didn't show up in the search and I'm not digging through my post history to find it.
Not to rehash the whole thing but I have something that needs to be corrected in the "On Purposers" argument, or at least what I remember several claiming. I remember people citing how at the beginning Dottie told her older grandchild to "remember to let your little brother win every now and then." Now I didn't think that was at all convincing in the first place as support for the "on purpose" theory but after just catching the beginning on TV (how often does the movie get shown for Christ's sake, not that I'm really complaining though because it is awesome) I noticed that isn't even what she says. She says, "remember, he's smaller then you let him shoot every now and again." And then she calls the little one over and says, "kick his butt!"
This argument should thus be axed from the "On Purposers" repertoire as it provides absolutely zero support for their thesis. In fact, if anything, I think it could be spun by us "she just outhearted her sister...ers," though I still find it a pretty miniscule support element considering the overwhelming context of the actual event itself.
Now if there is any debate to be had on the greater subject at hand, remember, we can peacefully disagree about whether she did or didn't drop it on purpose.
PS- To all you folks that think she dropped in on purpose, I would tell you to go frick yourselves but your heads are already so far up your own asses that you basically already are. So I'll just say die...

dottie was a whore (she took it from jimmie and everyone knows it) and her sister dyked it up with Rosie. She was the girl of the relationship.

Ughhhh...the masses. Can you at least stop using the beginning of the movie to support your pitiful thesis now though? That's all I'm asking. Have a little dignity at least.

Absolutely dropped it on purpose and I lost all respect for her.

That's it, that's the last one of those in a row I'm gonna hear. Now it has to turn into the great debate thread. It's too late for me to get into this right now though. I can't believe there are none of my brethren here yet.
And I will bet one gajillion dollars that a poster by the name of Roaad will show up and spout his "she dropped it on purpose" propaganda (though the bet is not contingent on me having spelled that exactly correct, because I don't recall the exact composition of o's to a's).

I'm in a state of sleepy delirium, Drake, so I can't into the details at the moment. If you could find one of the other threads there was detailed debate. There's a really old one, I mean like 2 years ago, that I legit put forth some effort into laying out my case. It took a lot of energy though.
Rewatch it though, and just pay attention to all of the circumstances and character personalities throughout the movie, paying special attention to why Dottie came back and how it fit her personality all movie long. Then just the shear circumstances of the inning. Remember, Kit was 0-2 in the count the pitch before she hit the in the park walk-off that Dottie "let" her score on, BECAUSE Dottie walked to the mound and instructed Ellen Sue on how to strike her out. Dottie thought the 3rd pitch was likely strike 3, game over, Kit goes down in HUMILIATION at the very instructions of her sister, and then decides as Kit rounds 3rd to drop the ball for altruistic reasons? Even though it fricks over all her teammates as well? This is more than I planned on getting into it, but it makes absolutely no sense at all so this phenomenon of so many people blindly believing she dropped it on purpose is perplexing to me.

You can't make the teammates argument here. Blood is thicker than water and
Also, she called a high pitch because she knew that Kit would see it coming!
