Actually, those examples are probably more within his reach than Marino and Manning. McCoy was a starter last year for a horrible Cleveland team, so the jury's still out on him, but Hebert had a pretty long and fairly successful career, and Garrard is a good QB when healthy. No shame in reaching those levels, but also nothing wrong with setting your sights high (although somewhat delustional).
