I believe he was NolaZach. He gets his request approved and then feels the need to dip his sack in everyone else's Cheerios. What's wrong with having a little fun with people making stupid requests? People do it when stupid posts are made elsewhere.
ETA He's even doing it himself in an underhanded way by trolling those who he calls trolls.
