What is the flashiest college football program?

So I've been watching some of ESPN U's all access college football programs, specifically LSU, OU and UT's. These schools have some great facilities and tons of swag to give out to their players.
So if you were an incoming freshmen who was looking for a flashy program with the nicest things, which school would you chose?
Edit: Let's break it down by conference.
Pac-12: Oregon
SEC: ?
Big 12: Leaning towards Okie State.
Big 10: ?
ACC: The U

Oregon...a lot of traditional powers have crappy facilities.
If nice things is all you cared about - it would have to be Oregon...from their locker room, indoor practice facility and pristine clean stadium. Plus the campus is nice.

I know Oregon gives out all kinds of clothes and shoes but the facilities are good too?

Oregons facilities are the one of the best in the nation. That's not counting the new 60 million dollar football operations center that'll be done soon. We dont got the tradition so we need stuff like this lol.

I think "one of the best" might be selling them short. From what I've seen and read they're the consensus best in the nation.
