I could go back and forth on that. Jones Jr. at his absolute best was better than Hopkins. But the ting with Jones, as I mentioned before, is that he wasn't that good technically. For the longest time, this didn't matter. I mean, he was probably the best pure athlete that's been in the ring since the 60s version of Ali. And when that's the case you can get away with never throwing a jab.

But then it all went to shite when he hit 35, and that's because he didn't have the same caliber of technical skills that Hopkins and Mayweather do. Especially Mayweather, who is one of the most technically sound boxers who has ever fought.
