I second the recommendation of their steak fajitas. I've never ordered anything else, because these are so good I can't turn them down when I go.

You will not order the fajitas again, once you get the steak chimichanga! I am a fajita worshiper, but can't bring myself to order them at all when I visit Coyote. I usually make the wife order them so I can eat them later at home though.

My brother ordered the carne asada, which is basically the fajita steak on a platter. I think that's what I will get next time.
