okay, went yesterday. Didn't go huge as normal but had to try some of the goodness. Note-I didn't eat all this alone but rather with friends in the pass it around style.
Crabmeat Poboy- what was I thinking? Underseasoned mushy texture on bread? My bad
Cochon de Lait Poboy- much better than the crabmeat although not as great as I recall from years past. Could've used more sauce.
Crawfish Enchiladas- my favorite, though I wish they could find a way to serve them hotter.
Crawfish beignets- too doughy and drenched with creole mustard/mayo mixture.
Lemonade- awesomeness.
Overall I love JazzFest, it's my favorite way to spend a day.
