and el oh f-ing el at Oregon being a "no brainer." Ask him why he has them at #13 in the nation this week and why they have a #15 ranking in the rpi if they're a no brainer over his #3 and top 8 RPI tem LSU? That's just plain ignorant to call Oregon a no brainer.

wonder who he is talking about.. fwiw I have been tweeting back and forth with Kendall all day about this. Some comments he responded, some he didn't because he was defeated. Good conversations though, guy knows his shite and seems to be really RPI driven.

it's just become a pattern with him. and with the lack of national college baseball coverage, he's one of the only guys out there to read. it's just gotten obnoxious over the years

there's no doubting he knows his shite. he does it for a living, but he needs to step back from the formulated spreadsheets. Those teams in the 70-100 range aren't much better than the teams in the 100-150 range. fact is, they're all bad teams. using top 100 record to justify seeding is retarded IMO. Top 40 would be a better indicator, and you shouldn't get credit for merely having good teams on your schedule. you need to beat them too. LSU is 9-5 against the top 40, 6-3 against the top 15

Well, if you just use the top 50 then Oregon is 11-5 vs. top 50 and LSU is 12-9

so what he's saying is LSU has played more games against top 25 competition, including 3 top 15 teams. top 100 stat is meaningless.
