I benched Jaime, Hellicks, Kuroda yesterday against Earl tied at only 2 QS each, but I had saves locked and decent leads in ERA/WHIP...he was killing me K/9...all 3 got lit up yesterday allowing him to take QS today with his 2 SP today and both were shelled 
balls to sit 3 sp on a Saturday knowing you are out of SP's for the week
