1.2 made it a little better, but I really started to see that the entire thing was a sham when the Community Team leader or whatever told the forum community that the graphics from the trailers were a bug and were never intended to be in the game at release.

Well when it came out that placing your graphics on high was the same as having them on medium, Stephen Reed (a-hole) said that the medium option was a bug, and that the graphics shown in the trailers never existed. That they were cut scene effects only.
Not to mention I watched the live webcast of the guild summit, and Gabe Amantangelo flat out insulted everyone who asked him a question.
Bioware has gone to shite.

Not for an MMO.
MMO trailers dont use FMV. also the graphics from the trailers were enabled throughout the year long closed beta. Then they randomly disabled them and claimed they never existed.

No not that trailer.
Like every live gameplay trailer ever shown at every game conference for the 5 years it was in the development, and the actual games beta builds for the 2 years leading to release had the high resolution graphics enabled.
Then at release it wasnt there and they lied and said it never existed. They also said it never existed in Beta, and the beta testers posted video proving them wrong.

No. But after I had to move servers and leave my entire Legacy level on my dead server (20 people online at any one time) only to be constantly and deliberately lied to by every Community Manager and GM on the game, I'm more upset than I have been about an MMO before.
I have 3 50s on SWTOR, 2 of which I cant even use.

I blame EA. They definitely forced Bioware to ship the game far earlier than Bioware intended.

Bioware wasted a lot of time with the voice acting. People skipped all of that. Spend more time on content next time. And the pvp was a joke. Itemization of pvp gear was garbage too. If a movable ui is a big post launch patch, we should have know this game was going to be a flop.
