Flynn was a better quarterback because he was a better quarterback.
RG3 is a complete player, Jamarcus Russel was nothing but Arm strength.
My point is that all Black Quarterbacks are generally assumed to be all arm strength and running ability, and everyone appears to be ok with that.

yeah he just didn't produce at the same level of efficiency as JR. he was so much better though
