Despite being a top college athlete who's about to become very wealthy, he does things a tad different than the norm.

The USA Today reports Luck doesn't have his own Twitter or Facebook pages. Keep in mind, Robert Griffin III, the probable No. 2 pick in this year's draft, signed up for Twitter on April 3 and already has almost 140,000 followers.

Although Luck does use e-mail and text messaging, he doesn't have a slick iPhone or Blackberry. In fact, the 22-year-old uses an old school flip phone. "I don't know how old my phone is, but it was only $10," Luck tells the USA Today. "It is a nice subconscious way of not having the Internet at your fingertips … e-mail, Twitter or Facebook."

While attending Stanford, the architectural design major, who's about to graduate, shared a three-year-old Honda Accord with his younger sister who plays on the school's volleyball team. More often than not, the quarterback would travel around campus on his bicycle.

I like how all the LSU football players get those sweet scooters instead of bicycles.

I like how the price of his cell phone makes you like him, and not the 100 interviews with him where he has been humble, respectful, and appreciative worth much.

Hes a super chill dude. The NFL needs more Andrew Luck types.

You really don't need a car at Stanford. Its sunny all the time and the campus has it's own badarse mall.

I likes him because he can wear a cap the way it is supposed to be worn and not elevated above terrible looking tied up dreadlocks.

Justin Blackman was also very well dressed with a respectable haircut. He will do well.

Hell the best quarterbacks cant help but be busts these days.

Fans refuse to accept that Rookie Quarterbacks on the worst team(s) in the NFL usually arent going to do well.

This isnt the NBA.

If not liking dreadlocks, but appreciating another black male's high and tight make me racist in your eyes, so be it.

Insinuating that dreadlocks are a less presentable form of self grooming when they represent a culture outside of your own is laughable.

And I really hope you aren't referring to RG3 whom is smarter, and probably more cultured in every way than Andrew Luck could hope to be.

Luck is a good quarterback, but just looking and throwing like Peyton Manning has gotten him way further than his skill has.

RG3 got to the top on a small market team as the sole means of offensive production.

Andrew Luck played for the big time PAC 12 LA team with Colin Cowherd demanding he be proclaimed the messiah of NFL sports for the last 3 years straight. In Reality is a lock as an above average quarterback who relishes in being second best at all times.

I think I'll stick with RG3 and his star power.

Yea, because we all know about the traditional football POWER that is Stanford football.

Wow, hell of a post there.

This dude is certain that RG3 is smarter than Luck could ever hope to be!!!!

Seems very ironic he is the one throwing out the "racist" tag here.

It isnt about them being a power.

Luck was on a big market team.

Saying Stanford doesnt count as a market team is like claiming the LA Clippers are a nobody, and that Chris Paul is the best Point Guard in the history of the NBA because he is playing well there.

Andrew Luck is not a better passer than RG3. He is just White, and thus everyone assumes he is a better pocket passer and makes better decisions.

For most of the year RG3 had more touchdowns than incomplete passes, on a GARBAGE Baylor team.

I guess Stanford wasnt a good team last year, they just finished in the top 5.

ETA

I'm just letting out my opinion on the fact that RG3 had a better season this year than Luck, he is every bit as smart as Luck or smarter (At least I think so), he is twice as athletic, has a stronger arm, and is going to a better team.

Luck played for a big market school (even more in the spotlight due to USC being under sanctions) and his highlight reasons for being the top pick are "Hard Worker, Smart in the Pocket, Never Gives up, Good Leader" You know... generic reasons for why White Quarterback A is always better than RG3 who is just the next Michael Vick or Donovan McNabb.

Just coming to the defense of whom I fell is the Best quarterback in the draft, but got Snubbed because to this day we cant just accept that a Quarterback is just who is is and not a future version of a past player.

It's just odd that you're calling people racist, while it is very clear that you're caught up in Luck being white just as much and obviously more than everyone else is worried about RG3 being black.

Serious question, you're saying every analyst who had Luck over RG3, the Colts, and every other team that had Luck #1 on their board did so just because he is white? You serious?

Yea, thanks to Luck. I guess according to you they'll still be top 5 or top 10 this next season, seeing as how they're a "big market" team. You know that Palo ALto is a HUGE market!!!

Stop with the market. No one cared about Stanford football, and Stanford is in freaking Palo Alto. Enough with the making up of stuff that is incorrect.

LOL. Awesome. Yea, that's the only reason people are high on him.
