So why again does everyone think he's an alter? I haven't really seen any good explanations.

Your basic reasons that have been suggested countless number of times
PLUS
The other day when he claimed he had season tickets I called him out on it.
Convientiely, he has suite season tickets with some buddies and he has no ticket stubs as proof or any photos. (The only photo he provided was a blurry panoramic he claimed was taken from his cellphone.)
