What music genre is this song?

Essentially these guys do electro house music, but they throw in elements of Reggae, hip hop, and grime. Can't really recommend too many groups that do similar music, although there have been many DJ's/producers that have incorporated a few of the same themes here and there. Major Lazer just took it to an extreme that others haven't.

Check out the "daggering" style of music. There are a lot of similarities there.
