What do you use to sight in your rifle?

New to deer hunting, bought a rifle and not familiar with sighting in the scope. A buddy let me borrow this
but I was not comfortable with it and it's so light that it just jumped all over the place and I don't think my shots were good shots when trying out different ammo this weekend.
What do you guys use? Gun vise? Bags?

A few bags and a good bench. Making sure a proper bore sighting is done prior to starting the sighting in process will save you a good bit of aggregation.

I have used Both sand bag/rice bag mine actually has rice in it and i have a lead sled use a 25 pound weight in it. With that being said I like the lead sled the best eliminates most of the recoil when doing multiple rifles it is also easier to reacquire target after shot is fired.

Woodworth LDWF range has sandbags at every bench. Also ear and eye protection.

start @ 25 yards. I want my .270 dead on @ 25 which puts it 2.5 inches high @ 100.

I'll shoot at some armadillos first, I like to watch them explode

When I was into it it I used a sand filled V shaped shooters set.
Now, I'd need that and some serious spectacles.
