When do you watch the Kings? When they play the hornets? B/c they are not on TV ever. Not disagreeing with your point but how often could you possibly watch them? NBAtv?

I took an interest in that team ever since he was traded there. I watched about 5 of their games last year once he was traded (he immediately helped them and they finished off the season on a nice run) and about 15 of their games this year. NBAtv and firstrow sports. I also bet on the NBA every day up until the all-star break so I had other interests in watching their games.

The Kings suck because they have no defense and literally noone to play the 3 spot. They went after Salmons in the offseason to add a good defender, but Salmons is way past his prime. Then they tried moving Tyreke to the 3 but this doesn't work because he can't shoot. Front court depth is a big issue. The Kings also suck because of coaching. Westphaul was fired at the beginning of the season, and I am not too sure about Keith Smart. Sometimes he will play ridiculously small lineups (Isaiah Thomas, Jimmer, Thornton and Tyreke at the same time) with no regard to defense.

Thornton also played through injury for a good part of this year and it still did not affect his game. Playing hurt on a bad team when he has a contract locked up is the sign of a player with heart. Can he improve his game? Of course. He needs to be more unselfish with the ball at times and the whole team needs to focus more on defense.

Kings are 2-10 this year when Marcus does not play. 19-33 when he does.
