I joke about the cold envelope all the time. But the fact of the matter is (and of course you know this), the draft isn't rigged. I wish it was, but it isn't.

I don't think that's an established fact. I just played the ESPN lottery machine 20 times and over 75% of the time a bottom 5 team won. That doesn't line up exactly with the 81% odds the bottom 5 has, but it's a lot closer than the last 7 years I posted earlier where 3 out of 7 winners (43%) were the bottom 5. Yes we are looking at an arbitrary time period with a small sample size, but that still seems significantly out of line with the odds.
