Mike Detillier said the Saints were very interested in him as an UFA or possible 7th round pick. He said that he has a strong arm and better arm than most of the people who would be drafted ahead of him. (which I agree) He said that he would be a 4-5 year project. He said Brees and Payton have to work on his accuracy, but if that was worked out, his arm, athleticisim would make him a very good NFL QB. Again, think of a stronger, more athletic Tony Romo that Payton has worked with longer than just two years. I'd be ok with that as Brees' heir apparent.
