Etm512, I'm sorry it came off that way, but we did enjoy Brockton Villa. As you mentioned the food was good not great, but the view was awesome. We actually stayed around the cliff area an hour after we ate just to look around and climb down by the water. We even kayaked by the caves the previous day. La Jolla is one of the prettiest locations of San Diego.

The 1 negative I did find about that area was that there about a 50 ft. section near Brockton Villa where the bird dropping smell was very pungent.

Glad you enjoyed it. We loved our day out there. Spent some time down in the cove area afterwards by the sea lions.

I think you were smelling the sea lions. Those frickers stink.
