Weak/soft 70's classic rock.

I am not a Stones, Zeppelin, or even Doors guy, though Doors sort of fit in the ez listenin' fold. I like the soft shite like Steely Dan, Eagles, and Van Morrison. So, suck it.

Actually I love Van Morrison

I like a few Steely Dan things and can at least tolerate their other stuff

Don't want to turn this into a Steely Dan thread but god damn are they awesome! The musicianship on all their albums is top notch. I love hard rock from the 70s as much as the next guy but Steely Dan fricking owns!

Friggin Fagen/Becker on that Two Against Nature Cd/DVD = best jazz rock ever.

But Van and Ray ray = EPIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Something about America feels in a different vein, but I still love them. But, Jackson Browne is right in the genre.

Yeah I know what you mean. They are super mellow. Kinda like rain hitting your window, the can put you to sleep.
