Mainly bc Shaka took over a successful program at VCU so not sure how he rebuilds. Also, he is THE hot name right now nationally so I think we over inflate him a bit. Good coach with a good chance to succeed. JJ's LA ties and LSU ties I think will help him recruit better than many of the candidates. Not sure of his coaching ability and character issues.

Prohm is maybe just a B. he has never recruited any one highly rated guy to go where ever he is, so he does not have that experience.
what he does have is the ability to get guys to play D, very serious man to man D and to actually run plays.
I would be happy with a guy who can get his guys to play serious D and actually run plays - if I were you guys.
he's only a B+ because he inherited a team with 5 upperclassmen, most of whom had already gone to the NCAAs.
He's a Bama guy. IMO: That subtracts the + from the B.
Mark Gottfried was a Bama guy who coached at Murray who got the attention of the Bama faithful by outrecruiting Bama for the Bama HS player of the year TWICE!!! We know the rest. Failed at Bama and just got NC State to exceed expectations.
