Can One liberal, just one, please provide a link showing that the top income bracket pays a smaller rate. It might be true that a few of the wealthiest find loopholes, but that doesn't give the great divider a right to raise taxes.

Tax increase???
Perhaps you should look at your sources a bit closer, including gaining a more appropriate understanding of the difference between tax rate increase and tax revenue increase.
