BBQ Shop and Central are far and away the best. Stay away from Corky's - I'm not a fan (their drummies are bad arse, though). The rendezvous is hit or miss - when it's on, it's very good, but it is so mass produced that sometimes you get some pretty dry meatless ribs. The commissary is good, but it's on the east side of town and is generally out of the way. Cozy Corner is a good place to go to as well - but is in a shady part of town. Payne's is also very good but is also in a shady part of town. If you want a quick drive through, you can hit up Top's - they're pretty good and all over town. IMHO, though, BBQ shop is the best in town. Central a close second. And then everyone else.

Exactly what this guy said.

Thanks everyone. This helps a lot. Looks like we'll be trying BBQ Shop.
