basically, I got to the game last night and my tickets wouldnt scan. they told me to go to the box office. Went there and was told they couldnt reach my ticket rep but if I would wait then I might be able to resolve this. Waited about 10-15 minutes, and still no ticket rep. Finally took my client over to Manning's and just had drinks.

-also, I have had the exact same season tickets since the first season the Hornets were in town.

-What should the Hornets do to make it right with me?

That's an unfortunate experience. I've been very pleased for the last ten years when I've dealt with my reps or anyone in the organization. They've always been willing to work with me to accomodate any requests I might have. That's especially been the case for the last year.
