Do you think they'll be blacked out in lufkin?

Look at the map I posted. ALL of Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas and Oklahoma are Rangers/Astros area and both teams games are blacked out on MLB.tv

it doesn't matter if Rangers & Astros are on TV locally or Not, you live in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas You can't watch Rangers on mlb.tv PERIOD. I am not even allowed to watch Nationals or Orioles on mlb.tv right now, and I know that will change when I move to Louisiana in the summer.

I don't think you can.

Not sure how often this happens because I've never paid enough attention to notice, but there is literally nobody carrying the game from the Astros side.

Yeah it sucks. I don't think I've ever seen a game not carried by a team in at least the last couple of years.

Seemed strange to me.

Yeah, I know that. And it sucks.

But I'm talking about period. I mean people in Houston can't even watch this game because no station from the Astros is even picking the game up. That is the strange part to me. Don't think it happens often.

according to yahoo, FSH is carrying it, so who knows.

there really shouldnt be much difference in people in Houston or people in BR, since we're considered a "home market". home market should mean we get every game IMO. otherwise lemme watch on mlb.tv

this could be caused by a local station in Houston carrying the game....like a ch 9 or 33 or something

those are not generally avail nationally

I have extra innings and the only broadcast for that game is the Nats feed

I'm perfectly happy with just watching my Dbacks on my apple tv/xbox 360/ipad using mlb.tv, but one of my best friends is a huge Rangers fan and it would be nice if he could catch some of the non televised games. Is there a way to jailbreak the apple tv, like you mentioned, so that none of the games are blacked out?

My boy in STL set up some type of proxy when he was using Roku and/or googletv. Its possible, but a common proxy site likely won't work.

I'm pretty sure it's on the old KNWS, or my20 or whatever the hell they call it now. Rockets pregame is on FSH for me at least

But yes I think the Astros are on local Houston TV tonight since the Rockets are on

The Astros aren't broadcasting the game tonight at all. Not even on Houston local channels.
