LSU actually has a better team batting average than Florida.

The top half of their lineup is sick...

They have three big time hitters, Zunino, Tucker, and Pigott. The rest are mediocre or at least have hit that way all year

Go ask the pro scouts whose lineup they would rather have. It would pretty close to a unanimous choice.

They have some power. Mostly from Zunino and Tucker who have accounted for nearly half of their HR total

LSU is currently better than Florida in the majority of statistical categories so for a college baseball team I would have to take LSU over Florida. Not sure how a pro scout would dispute the facts. Now if you wanted his opinion on which team he feels has more potential pro players then we could go get his input.

Whether that's true or not has nothing to do with Florida being a formidable hitting team 1 through 9. Zunino and Tucker are studs. After those two its not like the rest of the lineup is tearing the conference up.

Hope Eades comes out and throws his usual game, and hit our average at the plate.

They all have the potential to hit very well. They are still one of the better hitting teams we will face all year. Keep in mind they have played a much tougher schedule than just about every other SEC team.

yes, if LSU can produce at the plate an average Eades performance is enough to win this game. The need for him to be exceptional comes only if our offense is not producing.

Our fielders will have to back him up better than last night.

Winds are howling here in Central Florida. Forcast has winds in G'ville ENE 15-18 mph. That would make it blowing across from left field to right field. Left-handed batters (Tucker) could tee off.

It wouldn't surprise me if fla continues to hit the ball like they did late Friday and yesterday. They have broken out of their slump which doesn't bode well for us. Consider they have a decent pitching performance and hit like they have the last 2 games we better knock the socks out of it today or we lose the series.

98.1 and geaux zone are the only ways to catch today's game?

Well if Florida can't hit then our pitching must not be very good. Because we haven't done much to shut them down this weekend.
