He could coach in Arena Football for a team that wanted some attention.

Now if he made some big public apology he could coach in college as someone said in the sunbelt or wac or mac.

I doubt a major program wants him. But maybe somebody from the Sun Belt or WAC would take a chance. Otherwise he's stuck at D2 or worse.

He did the big Bozo NoNo (player safety)
...sit out a year and do MAJOR rehab on his rep and maybe he gets a shot at a lower level and work his way back.

With the emphasis on player safety by the NCAA, any college program he's associated with would be under scrutiny on the field. There's too many qualified coaches that would not bring that kind of baggage with them.

He'd be a good fit at Hofstra.

remember the Hoosiers movie/story?

the coach had previously won a national championship at Albany in a lower division of NCAA or NAIA. He hit a player.

He could not get a college coaching job or a big city high school job (like Phila or North Jersey, where the action is in the northeast).

He had to go to a backwoods Indiana farm town to get a coaching gig.
