Rules don't apply to the Penguins. Orpik, widely considered one of the dirtiest players in the game, has never been suspended. The NHL literally violates the CBA and invents rules to suspend Ovie, but the Penguins can do whatever they want without consequence.

The Bruins are at least upfront about being dirty. The Pens are dirty and then whine about it. They are sleazy.
