Gausman is playing his last season at LSU

Gausman threw a couple of terrible pitches last night and Florida made him pay for every one of them. Kid had a bad night. We were awful at the plate and on defense yesterday. Cant win them all and I hope we come ready to play today so we can compete and try to take the series. Florida is a great team but we absolutely killed ourselves last night. No blaming the staff on this one either. This was pure lack of focus by the players.

He wasn't terrible, he pitched well against an almost minor league lineup through 6 innings. Things snowballed for him in the 7th, mostly due to that flyball no one could call for.......defense has killed us this weekend. I expect it to be better today

Minus that 0-2 meatball he threw at Zunino that he took to the gap and scored the first 2 runs. That was an awful pitch.
