Before this thread gets all "Rick'd" up...
I've always been impressed with Modern English's "Melt With You" and Soft Cell's "Tainted Love".
Incredible hits, even if not the original version(Soft Cell). True definition of a great one hit wonder.

Well, I feel sometimes a songs true test is it's timelessness.
Then their are one hit wonders that are very in the moment or era, and they, in turn age quite terribly.
For example a song like 'Blinded by the light' is always fun
and a song like 'Rico Suave' or whatever, is pure shite a year down the road
