You've got plenty of time to think about it. If there's no appeal and the process isn't dragged out, he'll be ready for next season. Heck, he may even be back for the playoffs. He's had two strong seasons in a row and in his prime. I'd gamble and keep him.

Mega bump.

So, we have just under three weeks left in the season and looks like papz is trying to chase down Honkus for the league title.

At some point within the next month, I would like to confirm your emails (pretty sure I have the right ones though) and anyone else who finishes in the top three.

As far as beyond this season goes, I would like to keep this league running because I really the enjoy non-keeper, roto auction format.

Anyone who wishes to return is welcomed back. If not, no hard feelings.

However, I think in order to improve this league, we should look a few rule changes. Played with OPS for the first time this year and it is superior to OBP, so I would put that change up to vote. Other changes would be to switch FAAB (free agent acquisition budget) or stick with waivers. The third change would be to reduce the IP limit from 1,500 to 1,400 innings to make it standard. Finally, I did not really see the need for a transactions limit if we limit innings pitched, but I will stick this up for vote.

If anyone thinks anything should be changed (or not even voted on), then please let me know. I will put up a second post with a "ballot".

Are you returning next year?

Should we keep the league fee at $25 or alter it? If it is changed, then what do you suggest? (I left the league fee low this year because I figured a decent amount of us were new to auctions).

Switch to OPS or keep OBP?

Switch to FAAB or keep rolling waivers?

Switch to 1,400 IP limit or keep it at 1,500 IP?

Eliminate the transactions limit, keep it the same, or change it to a different number?

Any other suggestions?

Agree on all of OPS, FAAB, innings limit, and unlimited transactions.

Yes
Don't care bout league fee either way
Definitely OPS
Keep regular waivers
1400IP
transaction limit: don't care

Papz had me worried a week or 2 ago, but I think I'm gonna hold him off.

I'm enjoying it but it does take a lot of daily maintence as opposed to H2H. I'm most likely returning unless I can get in on some higher cash H2H pots here.

Fine either way. Upping it would probably bring more life to the league though. Have of the league is inactive.

Switch to OPS or keep OBP? Switch to 1,400 IP limit or keep it at 1,500 IP?

I'm fine with both of the rule changes you've brought up. Doesn't really matter to me either way.

Switch to FAAB or keep rolling waivers?

As is.

None I can think of right now.

I just couldn't make up any ground with HR and OBP. I tried.

Screw you Adrian Gonzalez!

I would definitely like for all of you guys to definitely be back as you were all very active and good owners. Also, hopefully Barry and tthomas will return. Maybe get a few more active owners, but a good amount of this league definitely gave up, which really sucks. If a bigger pot is necessary, then so be it.

So far, it looks like OPS is set and reduce the IP limit to 1,400, but I am not entirely sure which one Wiseguy voted for.

Entry fees can always be discussed at a later date. The number of transactions could be an interesting vote.

I think that's just the nature of the beast with redraft roto leagues. I think most were fairly active 3/4 of the way through the season. Don't think you can except much more.

Yeah, it did pretty well. I think a couple people gave up when their team went out of contention, so that is not too bad.
