Game of Thrones - Season 1 recap (No spoilers)

Ok, wrapping up season 1. Will probably be done with Season 1 tomorrow. I am almost to episode 9/10. I have been following along and recognize the faces and tribes but am not 100 % confident in some of the characters names and references. Is there a flow chart or synopsis that helped you peg down some of the names and family ties? I appreciate the help !!!

It happens in 9. By the time season 4 is over, that will seem like a minor event.

Yea, it's pretty awesome.
I've only watched two dramas before: Dexter and Breaking bad. (Not counting FNL) Hard to compare to because it is so different from the first 2 but is f-ing incredible. Defiantly awesome.

were practicing. He defeated 5 men with a wood sword. Why didnt he pick up the word of one of the guys to defeated to fight Meryn Trant?
