I got above a 29 the second time I took the ACT and got the golden oaks award (fancy for no tuition except for $1500 a year, which you earn from work study. It could be different now with the budget cuts but hopefully this helps. There's a scholarship page on lsu.edu that may be more helpful to you.
That is lame.
With a 32 in state I was only able to get the work study
