I believe it is already set to drop in 2013, but that might not be finalized. Regardless, I don't see anything stopping it from happening at this point. ETA: at this point, unless something drastic is done, 2013 the amount will drop to $1M and tax rate will jump to 55% This post was edited on 4/3 at 10:39 am
