He isn't at the top of our board. If he was, he would be committed.

So, what does our qb board look like right now?

1-5?

How does this kid compare to Jeremy Johnson? I knows he's only 6'. Is he faster and more elusive? Who has a stronger arm?

He isn't at the top of the board yet

He did beat out Swoopes(TX commit) for the mvp honors....kids on a mission, I wouldn't count him just yet, remember he is dual threat

Barrett didn't have a great day at the combine in Dallas...Kincade was better, just saying ;-)

the O line is going to be so huge that Rivers is the right sized QB for the LSU future.

Kincade may be a good college QB, but he's 6 0" as a junior.

If he grows another couple of inches, maybe he will get an offer to QB LSU. Its not out of the question.

Otherwise, I doubt that LSU reaches that far to switch a guy to another position.

1. Jeremy Johnson (According to reports)
2. Mitch Connor
3. J.T. Barrett
4. Kincade
5. Cord Sandberg (Due to Louisiana ties)

For me, I would completely remove Johnson and move everyone else up 1 spot. All it will take is an Auburn offer at any point and he is gone. Would rather two guys that are for sure going to be here

Just had the better day because he is not the better propect. I do like kincade tho and wouldn't mind having him if we can't get barrett or bateman. I do like him over johnson from alabama.

I thinks its a little early in the game to presume that...only knock on Kincade is his height. If Barrett can't prove to be the better prospect at these combines, he better do a helleva job on the field....lord knows Kincade is, his numbers are outstanding

You have to find a better word than outstanding for those numbers lol. I'm just glad they not doing the JJ thump everytime a black dual threat QB is mentioned on this board. That was getting aggravating. I'm looking forward to the next RG3 Cam Newton or denard robinson!! Oh yeah and Tim Tebow 2

I say we have to take Kincade just for the pipeline that could be built at Skyline.

IMO, Cord Sandberg should be higher up. The kid is electric, and you can tell he plays with a lot of passion and guts, even through his highlights. Not to mention he has a great arm and speed.

Yeah, the JJ knocks every time we bring up a dual thread qb get old for sure...like you said, the three best college QB's I've seen have all been dual threat (tebow,Cam, RG3) not a time to give up on them just yet ;-)

Ok good. Not knocking the kid, just don't see how he's our top guy. Of course, wasn't it Jeremy Johnson that said this? He could have just misspoke, huh? Maybe he should have said "one of" the top guys? Or has this been confirmed?
