Ok, Ive got Hosmer and Freeman in my other league. I'm thinking of dealing one for a pitcher. So I would still have Freeman at first. He has Goldschmidt right now at first. I did a poor job drafting pitchers. My ace is Lincecum. Luebke is now hurt so I'm looking to add another quality arm. How much better will kershaw be than Peavy. Not sure if it is worth it.

I was leaning towards Kershaw even without knowing the 1B. With Freeman, I would take Kershaw.
I also don't fully trust Peavy. Would feel much more comfortable with Kershaw on my team, especially since Hosmer is expendable.
