I know there is the Masoli rule, but I thought that they could still transfer if they were in good standing with their former team. I didn't think they were outlawed completely. Oh well, that would have been an ideal situation to open up a scholly right away.

Doesn't it hurt the schools If too many players leave early or transfer or don't graduate or something?

Whats about going after Glen Rice Jr, he's a Sr and wouldn't hurt recruiting and he wouldn't take up a spot.
