Seemed redundant by the end...I was ready for the series to be over by the time I finished the 3rd book...it was worth finishing though..,

I stopped reading after the second book. First was good. The second sucked donkey balls. I own the third, but I've got better things to read. Maybe when I get done with the other 1,500 books on my Kindle.

That's how I felt as well. The author did a great job in the first book, but didn't have the range to evolve the story. So, she just recreated the arena two more times essentially. I was extremely tired of Katniss by the end of the third book. It annoyed me that her inner monologue always seemed wrong. Whatever she assumed, you could pretty much bank on it being wrong a paragraph or two later. "Oh, no. Everybody in the room is going to be so mad at me." Nope, everyone is elated. Just stuff like that.
